Handmade & Vintage Summer Fete 2014

Home / Uncategorized / Handmade & Vintage Summer Fete 2014
A couple of weeks ago I hosted my 2nd Handmade & Vintage Summer Fete, this time I choose the Historic Guildhall in Guildford for the venue. The Fete was supported by Mollie Makes, Homes & Antiques, Prima Makes, Belvoir fruit Farm Drinks, Talking Tables and Thompson & Morgan and was part of my Selina Lake Outdoor Living Book Tour. The Fete started at 11am on Sat 5th July and a queue of visitors were eargerly awaiting entry into the pretty venue. The 1st 10 lucky guests through the door received a Prima Makes Goodie Bags. All the stalls inside looked amazing, I had invited lovely creative people from far and wide to come and sell their handmade & vintage wares, some came from Oxford, Leicester, even as far as Yorkshire! I too had set up a book stall where I was signing copies of all of my books and giving out Mollie Makes Goodies bags. It was great to have lots of visitors come along and in over  6 hours we had nearly 800 people visit the fete. I’d like to thank everyone who came along, my event/styling team who helped me run the event, Debbie for helping to spread the word around Guildford, Jacquie & Pippa for running the vintage tea stall, all my lovely stall holders and my event supporters.
