Honeymoon

I’ve been meaning to post some of my iphone snaps of our Honeymoon, so finally here they are. Dave & I spent almost 3 weeks on a tour with Dave driving us over 3500 miles in his Pride & Joy – his lotus! Dave booked for us to stay our 1st night as a surprise in a beautiful French Chateau near Strasbourg which was really Romantic! We continued through France into Switzerland via the alps (AMAZING VIEWS) and spent a night in a sweet Ski Chalet, the next day we drove into Italy.

Homewood bound & Last night in another French chateau!

We enjoyed a night in Bellagio, stayed in a hotel with gorgeous views of Lake Como, spent a magical time in Venice and enjoyed a relaxing few days in Tuscany at Castellare di Tonda in our own Villa. We then headed down to the Almafi Coast which was wonderful, we spent some time in Sorrento (Where my Grandpa spent 6 years during the war) other highlights were visiting Pompei, Casale Martitimo and Pisa. Not to mention eating delicious Pizza’s, Pasta’s and Ice Creams… I also loved all the architecture pretty much all the buildings we saw were bella bella!!!. It was a WONDERFUL trip with my WONDERFUL Husband.
