Home / Uncategorized / Homespun Style Book Launch & Market

So Friday 13th came along and finally it was time for the official launch of my latest book Homespun Style!! The combined Book Launch Party & Homespun Market started with a queue of guests eagerly awaiting entry to Hanbury Hall at 2pm and the steady stream of browsers continued until 8pm. I would love to say a MASSIVE THANK YOU to everyone who came along to support me, I hope you enjoyed it? Many thanks to Gopak who provided all the stall holders their tables, of which they all displayed their products and Homespun makes beautifully – Special thanks to all of you who came to be part of the market. (Full list of all stall holders HERE) Thank you Rosa Blue for making me a lovely printed Tea Towel to commemorate the event and to Emma Lamb for the lovely special edition ‘Homespun Style’ Garland.

Thank you to my publishers Ryland Peters & Small and Folksy who supported the event, and Mollie Makes Magazine who came along and offered up Goodie Bags to 1st 13 lucky people to buy the book. Also wonderful to see Jeanette of Fryd & Design all the way from Norway with her friend Heidi, Yvestown, Eline Pellinkhof and Petra who came over from Holland, and great to finally meet Janine Vangool from Uppercase magazine. It was lovely to be joined by Joanna Simmons who wrote the words for Homespun Style and fellow authors and stylists, Emily chalmers and Sania Pell. Fab to see Shella from The Loft who’s homespun home is featured in the book and whos dining room is on the cover!! Also Big thanks to Sussie Bell for being the events official photographer – the above photos are a selection taken by Sussie and some taken by guests to the event.
